Service Overview

Nixxsol provides Customer Support, Back Office Support, Lead Generation, Social Media Marketing, Sales, and Google AdWords services.
Detailed specifications for each service are outlined in individual service agreements.

Confidentiality

Nixxsol commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information, data, and proprietary materials.
The client acknowledges the secure storage and handling of confidential information.

Service Delivery

The delivery timeline and schedule for each service will be defined in the respective service agreement.
Nixxsol will make reasonable efforts to meet deadlines and deliver services as outlined.

Client Cooperation

Clients are expected to provide accurate and timely information required for service execution.
Collaboration and open communication between Nixxsol and the client are essential for optimal service delivery.

Payment Terms

Clients agree to the payment terms specified in individual service agreements, including fees, billing cycles, and any additional costs.

Termination

Intellectual Property

Nixxsol retains ownership of any proprietary tools, methodologies, or intellectual property developed during the course of providing services. Clients may use deliverables solely for the purpose outlined in the service agreement.

Compliance with Laws

Both NixxSol and the client agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the provision and use of services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through amicable discussions between the parties.

If resolution cannot be reached, legal action may be pursued in accordance with relevant jurisdiction.

Clients are advised to carefully read and understand these terms and conditions before engaging in services with NixxSol. Acceptance of these terms is implied upon entering into a service agreement with Nixxsol.
